LUNA LU Booking Policy

NOTE FROM US

Please note the area selected upon booking is not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate all seating requests. However, we are unable to guarantee all requests as seating arrangements are finalised on the day.

Reservations of 1- 4 guests are subject to a seating time of 1.5 hours and 5+ guests are subject to a seating time of 2 hours. However, we are happy to extend seating times as best we can upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policies below to help you plan your visit with ease:

*Regular Bookings*
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $40 per person fee, charged to the card on file.

*Dining Dome Bookings*
Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee- $180pp.

*Private Dining Room*
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your booking.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the quoted minimum spend, applied to the credit card on file.

*Private Functions or Events*
The cancellation terms are outlined in your event agreement.
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed 48 hours before the event. The confirmed number will be used for billing on the day.

*Masterclasses*
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 5 days will incur a 50% charge of the per-person price.


Service Charges:

Group Bookings of 10 guests or more will be subject to a 10% service charge. 

Surcharge:

** 10% surcharge for bookings made on Sundays and 15% surcharge for bookings made on Public Holidays**

Please note that a credit card transaction fee will apply, depending on the card type.
