COURSE 1

Appellation Oysters

Premium grade fresh oysters from Merimbula served natural or with Caviar Oscietra and finger lime.


COURSE 2

Hiramasa Kingfish Sashimi Mosaic (df) (gfo)

White miso from Kyoto, oscietra caviar, yuzu and ginger dressing

Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi (gf) (dfo)

Cashew nut puree, pickled daikon, dashi, buttermilk parsley oil and Yarra Valley salmon caviar.

COURSE 3

Glacier 51 Toothfish (df) (gf)

150g Glacier Heard Island, QLD Toothfish, Green curry and English spinach emulsion, squid ink,snake beans and black cabbage.

Canton-Style Salmon (gf

200g Tasmanian Salmon gently steamed with a savoury mix of soy sauce infused with coriander root, ginger and sesame oil.

Seafood Candied Fried Rice (gf)

XO Hokkaido scallops, king prawns, beetroot puree, pickle cabbage and ginger

Thai Rice Noodle Salad (gf) (vegan option available)

Seasonal premium leaf salad, cucumbers, pickle carrots, peanuts, bean sprouts and pickle onion. Vegan option available

Capacity & Venue
Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu have a maximum capacity of 10 guests and a minimum capacity of 4 guests.

The dining dome will be exclusive to your group, throughout the duration of the booking.

Should you wish to dine in the dome with less than 3 guests, there will be a minimum spend of 4 guests.


Dining & Beverages
A 4 course degustation menu will be available for diners in our dining dome by Luna Lu.
Drinks are available to purchase on consumption, alternatively, we have a bespoke dining dome
beverage package available.
The 4 course degustation menu is a compulsory element of your dining dome experience.


Weather conditions
Our Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu are weather-proof and can withstand cold conditions and wind or rain.
In extreme weather conditions, you will be contacted to discuss your booking.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • A credit card will be required to secure your Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu reservation.
  • 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 72 hours of your booking.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies for no shows or last minute cancellations with 24 hours.
  • *Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Please note there is a 1.1% surcharge for all credit card transactions
  • The duration of your reservation will be 2 hours. Failure to depart on time will incur a
    penalty fee.
  • The dining dome will be exclusive to your group, throughout the duration of the booking.
  • Dietary requirements must be submitted via email to the restaurant at least 72 hours prior to your booking.
  • External decorations are permitted, however, a $200 cleaning fee applies if any external decorations/rubbish are left behind. No confetti is permitted.
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu.
