ON ARRIVAL

Appellation Oysters (gf) (df)

Premium grade fresh oysters from Merimbula served natural or with oscietra caviar and finger lime.

ENTREE

Heart Shaped Sesame Prawn Toast (gfo)

King prawn mince coated in white sesame, sourdough, beetroot mayo and black flying fish roe

Rose Shaped Salmon Sashimi (df) (gfo)

Mango Som Tum dressing, radish, salmon roe and micro herb.

MAIN COURSE

MB9 Wagyu Rump Cap (gf) (dfo)

Wagyu served with in black pepper sauce.

Edamame Fried Rice (gf) (df)

Egg, English spinach puree, edamame, broccolini and snow peas.

Gai Lan (gf) (df)

Wok-fried gai lan with crispy garlic and vegetarian oyster sauce.

Shiitake, wood-ear, and swiss brown mushroom. 

Green Leaf Dumpling– (df) (vegan)

Shiitake, carrots, bok choy and saltbush flakes. 

Egg plant Bao (V)

Sticky tempura egg plant, pickled carrot, spiced mayo and wild coriander. Served in a soft steamed rice bun. 

MAIN COURSE

Spicy Dan Dan Noodles (df) (vegan) 

Bok choy, wood ear mushroom with Ian tofu, spicy sesame sauce topped with crushed peanuts. 

Kung Pao Cauliflower (gfo) (df) (vegan) 

Wok tossed cauliflower in Kung Pao sauce with asparagus, sesame, dried chilli and peanuts.

Asian Summer Salad (gfo) (vegan option available)

Seasonal leaf salad, cucumbers, avocado, pickled onion and sesame dressing.
