Premium Pacific oysters served natural with Chardonnay dressing.

Tuna Tataki (gf) (df)

Tuna, yuzu, wasabicado puree, pea shoots, sesame seed, dried chilli, Thai som- tum mango dressing.

Pork Belly Bao

Crispy sticky pork belly, pickled carrot, spiced mayo and wild coriander. Served in a soft steamed rice bun.

Crab Rangoon

Crab & king prawn meat, cream cheese, served with a sweet chilli sauce.

MAIN COURSE

Crispy Orange Barramundi Fillet (gf) (df)

Barramundi from Humpty Doo, NT with a ginger & orange sauce and topped with betel leaves.

MB3 Striploin Steak (gf) (dfo)

Premium 550g MB3 striploin, cooked on the bone for enhanced flavour and served with rich beef jus.

Edamame Fried Rice (gf) (df) (vgo)

Egg, English spinach puree, edamame, broccolini and snow peas.

Cucumber Salad (df)(vg)

Fresh, crunchy cucumbers tossed in a fragrant rice vinegar, sesame, ginger, garlic, and soy dressing.

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $40 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

** 10% surcharge for bookings made on Sundays and Public Holidays
